File name validation rules and the actions executed by STCPRen can be created with the help of the STCPRenCfg.EXE program or a text editor such as NOTEPAD.EXE.

In this section we will see how to use the STCPRenCfg.EXE program to create or edit the rule configuration file.

Add or create a rule configuration file

To create a new rule configuration file, open the STCPRenCfg.EXE application and click New. To edit an existing file, click Open and select the desired file.
