Overview

What is STCPRen?

STCPRen is an application that enables file renaming and copying, directory scanning and process execution, based on the configuration of validation rules for file names.

STCPRen can be used to integrate STCP OFTP Server or STCP OFTP Client with different applications (ERPs, EDI, etc.) in a simple and straightforward way.

The scenario below shows the integration of the STCP OFTP Client transfer directory structure with the intake and generation of financial files from an ERP system.

Validation rules and actions (renaming, copying, backup, etc.) must be stored in one or more configuration files.
